General Information

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar (http://thebelasco.com/events/). If no age restriction is listed, the event is an All-Ages show.

BOX OFFICE/ TICKETING

We do not have a box office with standard working hours: Tickets are sold at our box office ONLY during events when doors open, unless the show is already sold out. We highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online.

Ticketing for Live Nation shows are handled exclusively through Live Nation/ Ticketmaster. The Ticketmaster Service Line is 1(800)745-3000.

CAMERA POLICY

Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are allowed.

CHILD POLICY

 *Notice: For our All-Ages shows, we must remind you that we host very loud public events. Decibel levels can be in excess of 95db. For small children, this could potentially damage their ear drums causing permanent hearing loss. Please be aware of the risks.

ADA/HANDICAP SEATING

We set aside cushioned bench seating along the sides of the main floor for ADA/handicap accessibility. If you and/or your guest(s) are handicapped and are in need of seating, please make sure to purchase a standard general admission ticket, arrive early to the venue, and speak with any of our security guards out front. They will be able to assist you.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS THE DRESSCODE?

The following are our restrictions for ALL events:

  • NO GUM
  • No drugs
  • No weapons
  • No outside food or drinks
  • No flip-flops or open-toed flat shoes
  • No CamelBaks, thermos, flasks or other drink containers

Insomniac AND Live Nation events do not have strict dress codes.

LED lights are allowed.

Other club events are club attire:

  • No hats
  • No shorts
  • No gang attire
  • No baggy clothes
  • No athletic jerseys

WHAT IS YOUR I.D. POLICY?

We only accept government-issued identification, such as driver’s license or passport.

If a current, valid driver’s license is unavailable, please bring TWO debit/credit cards (with your name), a school I.D. (or valid I.D. with your picture), and your original birth certificate.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you.

HOW DOES PARKING WORK?

We work with a valet service. This service is available for approximately $20 per car. Aside from valet service, there are several public parking lots within walking distance of our venue.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

For all refund inquiries, please contact your point-of-purchase. We are simply the rental space for the event and have no control over ticket sales.  

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

NO indoor smoking. Smoking is permitted only in our outdoor patio area.

Vapes are allowed into the venue. However, extra juice bottles are NOT allowed, as we do not know what is inside them.

SEATING QUESTIONS

In general, we are a General Admission standing room only venue.

There are limited seats along the sides and back walls of the main floor; these seats are first come, first serve.

For Live Nation shows, the balcony is typically reserved first for the artist and their staff’s guests. Sometimes, the balcony is opened for a VIP upgrade. If interested, when you arrive on the day of the show, please ask someone at the box office window for more information.
